This WooCommerce add-on seamlessly integrates with WP All Import and closely resembles the WooCommerce interface. Importing products becomes as easy as manually adding a product in WooCommerce, but with the automation that makes it convenient to add thousands of products at once.

To import your data, simply drag and drop the fields from your XML or CSV file (displayed on the right) into the corresponding fields in WooCommerce (shown on the left).

1. Import all product types: Simple Products, Variable Products, External/Affiliate Products, and Grouped Products. You can select the product type to import from a dropdown menu.
2. Import images into the product gallery: WP All Import can download images from an external server and link them to your products. You can also link images that you upload to your site during the import process. Specify image URLs or file names, and WP All Import will add them to your Product Gallery, optionally designating one as the product’s Featured Image. You can also import image metadata such as title, description, alt text, and caption.
3. Handle large files: WP All Import uses an iterative import process that automatically divides large files into manageable portions. You can import any file size, even if it contains thousands of products.
4. Scheduled imports with cron: Update previously imported products with new XML or CSV files. If you’ve already imported your products and receive an updated file with new product data, you can import the new file and WP All Import will update the data for existing products. It can also add new products and mark old ones as out of stock instead of deleting them.
5. Manage product data in Excel: If you or your client prefers to manage product data in Excel, WP All Import can import Excel files into WooCommerce. Simply save your Excel file as a CSV, and WP All Import will handle the rest.
6. Synchronize stock levels: Merge new data into existing products based on product name, SKU, or custom fields. For instance, if you receive a file with updated pricing and stock quantities, you can import this data into your current products. You can even automate this process using a cron job.
